Something a bit different, use a firm fish. Choose your method of cooking, BBQ, fry, steam en papier.
Ingredients
500g Firm fish fillets
3 tbs Miso paste
1 tsp Soy sauce
30 ml Mirin
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Grated ginger
1 tsp Crushed garlic
1 tsp Finely chopped chilli
1-2 tsp Lime juice
* I use a household spoon and taste to decide if I need to adjust, the aim is to have a balanced salty sweet sour sauce.
Instruction
Slice the fish into serving pieces.
Mix together the other ingredients and place the fish pieces into the sauce coating well.
Let marinade in the fridge for 1-4 hours.
Now you need to decide how you want to cook it….
- Fry in a pan
- BBQ
- Wrap in paper and foil and steam on the BBQ
To Serve
Serve with Asian vegetables and steamed rice or as a Tapas.
