This is a versatile sauce that you can use as a marinade on chicken, beef or tofu, or pour over bibimbup.
Ingredients
2 tbsp gochujang (hot pepper paste)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp dry toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
Mix together the ingredients and enjoy using it….add a bit more gochujang to increase the heat.
